As a charitable organization, TIFF is more than an eleven-day Festival; we are committed to growing and strengthening our community, 365 days a year. From providing our programming to families facing financial challenges to working with mental health clients, TIFF is committed to bringing the power of film to life for everyone.
Charitable Registration Number: 119304541 RR0001 Tax receipts are issued for all donations $10 or more.
In our Winter 2017 edition of ACTION, we celebrate women who believe in the power of cinema. We bring you interviews with female filmmakers, festival directors and community workers who promote and represent TIFF’s mission to transform the way people see the world, through film.
Reel Comfort provides a creative and therapeutic outlet for clients in Mental Health/Psychiatric Units at Toronto Hospitals. Through film presentations, special guest visits, and hands-on film craft workshops, this innovative programme engages, educates, and entertains.

Through community outreach, TIFF works to ensure that opportunities for engagement, creation and screening extend to young people across the GTA. With Special Delivery, we collaborate with community organizations and partners to amplify youth experiences through film by bringing our programming to under-served neighbourhoods throughout the city.
Special Delivery presentations and workshops are available for daytime, evening or weekend sessions. There is also flexibility in the selection of films and type of workshop. To discuss the particular needs and interests of your group and for further information, please contact:

"In this day and age, the next generation needs mentors, guidance, resources and inspiration. More than ever, young people in the GTA need to feel hope and need space to express non-violently and creatively. The value of Special Delivery is that it opens young minds to the possibility of possibilities."
